Introduction and Background Search for Common Ground (Search) is an international non-profit organization dedicated to transforming conflict by shifting individuals, groups, and governments from adversarial approaches toward cooperative solutions. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., and Brussels, Belgium, Search operates in over 30 countries globally. In Nigeria, Search implements multifaceted, culturally appropriate, and conflict-sensitive programs using media and training to promote dialogue and effect positive behavioral change. The Project Search Nigeria has multiple projects in various states, ranging from conflict-sensitive programs to events and activities. One of them is "The Hustle" - a youth-focused reality TV show, funded by the European Union, designed to empower young people in Katsina, Zamfara, and Sokoto (KZS) states. The show aims to develop entrepreneurial skills and foster peace by showcasing youth innovation and cooperative leadership. To support the TV Show alongside other projects, Search is seeking multimedia specialists, either media production companies or individuals, to act as secondary studio vendors on a retainer basis for one year.The selected vendors will provide both their services and equipment, including camera and drone operators, to support Search field teams during various advocacy visits, activities, and events. They must be available to deliver a consistent, high-quality standard for all raw and edited photos, interviews, behind-the-scenes clips, and documentary videos.All video and interview content must be edited into a documentary style and adhere to a minimum of 2K quality and a maximum of 4K quality. This range ensures a professional standard while managing storage, bandwidth, and editing requirements. Geographic Locations and Project Activities Vendors must have human and material resources available in at least one of the following locations: Abuja, Sokoto, Katsina, or Zamfara (and other states to be specified). Having resources in more than one state is considered an advantage. So, they must be able to demonstrate how they can cover activities happening in multiple states simultaneously, if required. This engagement will go beyond the present scope, and it will be a year-long relationship where the scope of work will be shared on a need basis. However, immediate activities requiring multimedia coverage include: Advocacy visits (Starting in October 30, 2025) and other activities in Abuja, Sokoto, Katsina, and Zamfara, as needed. The national launch event in Abuja (Nov 18, 2025), a one-day event. Other Search projects across the country (TBD)Key ResponsibilitiesTechnical Oversight: Provide high-quality camera and drone operators to accompany field teams. Ensure uniform shooting quality for all multimedia content, including raw and edited photos, interviews, b-roll, and documentary videos.Production Planning: Be available to cover events at short notice, with the capacity to mobilize resources in selected states.Quality Control: All photos and videos must meet professional standards and align with Search's requirements .Collaboration and Support: Work closely with the project team and be available for coverage of courtesy visits or events in the specified locations./div>Deliverables and MilestonesScriptwriting Workshop (Abuja): Multimedia coverage is required for the first, second, and final days of the eight-day workshop. Deliverables will include raw and edited photos, behind-the-scenes clips, and short documentary-style videos capturing key moments and participant insights.National Launch Event (Abuja): This is a one-day event requiring full multimedia coverage. Deliverables will include high-quality photos, raw and edited videos, and a short, engaging recap video suitable for social media.Advocacy Visits and Field Activities (Abuja, Katsina, Zamfara, Sokoto): Vendors will be on call to cover visits and activities in their designated state(s) with at least two days' notice. Deliverables will include raw and edited photos, as well as edited videos of interviews and events in a documentary style./div>Qualifications and ExperienceProven experience in multimedia production.A portfolio that demonstrates the required quality for photos and videos.Experience with a variety of visual storytelling styles, including documentary, drone cinematography, and pictures that can tell stories, is preferred.Must possess the necessary human and material resources to be on-site with at least two days’ notice./div>SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skillsDetail-oriented with a creative mindsetExcellent technical skills in storyboard designing, video, and audio productionAbility to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously./div>
