Job Responsibilities: Moderate user-generated content to ensure it complies with community guidelines and company policies. Review text, images, and videos to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful content (e. g. , offensive language, hate speech, graphic content, or policy violations). Ensure user safety by detecting and addressing any content that violates platform standards. Provide feedback on content trends and escalate any serious issues to the appropriate teams. Collaborate with your team to maintain a high standard of content moderation and adhere to the platform’s guidelines. Requirements: Fluent Turkish (written and spoken) and good English communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to make quick and effective decisions. Comfortable handling sensitive content and addressing challenging situations professionally. Time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines efficiently. No prior experience required – full training will be provided.
