Key Responsibilities: Strategic HR PartnershipAct as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and organisational development. Collaborate with leadership to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
Drive a high-performance culture through effective HR interventions, employee engagement, and leadership development. Talent & Performance ManagementOversee talent acquisition, onboarding, and succession planning to ensure the firm attracts and retains top talent. Lead performance management processes, providing coaching to managers on feedback, development, and performance improvement. Identify high-potential employees and support career progression initiatives. Employee Relations & ComplianceProvide expert employee relations advice, ensuring alignment with local labor laws and global HR policies. Manage workforce planning, restructuring, and change management initiatives. Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) programs to foster an inclusive workplace.
Learning & DevelopmentPartner with business leaders and L&D teams to develop and implement training programs that enhance leadership and technical capabilities. Support employee development through coaching, mentoring, and career planning initiatives. HR Operations & Policy ImplementationEnsure HR policies, procedures, and best practices are effectively implemented across the business. Leverage HR analytics to provide insights and recommendations for decision-making. Collaborate with regional and global HR teams to align local practices with the company’s global HR strategy. Key Requirements: HR experience in professional services, consulting, or legal services within a global organisation.
Strong experience in HR business partnering, talent management, employee relations, and performance management. Deep knowledge of local labor laws and compliance requirements in the Middle East. Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leadership. CIPD, SHRM, or equivalent HR certification is preferred.
