Role OverviewAs our Social Media & Communications Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing engaging content across all digital platforms, driving brand awareness, and managing online communications.
You will be the voice of CAMCO across multiple channels, shaping how our story is told and how our customers connect with our brands. If you live and breathe social media trends, know how to turn scrolls into double-taps, and can’t resist a good meme format - this role has your name on it!Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement social media strategies to grow brand presence and engagement on Meta, TikTok, and emerging platforms. Create content that pops - posts, reels, stories, videos, blogs, and newsletters. Plan and run social media campaigns for product launches, promotions, and events.
Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations. Manage community engagement: respond to messages, comments, and inquiries promptly to build strong customer relationships. Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Draft press releases, newsletters, and internal communications when needed. Keeping an eye on social trends to make sure CAMCO and our brands are always in the conversation. Qualifications & SkillsProven success in growing social accounts (bonus if it’s in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle). Fluent in English (C1 level), other languages are a bonus.
 Comfortable to talk in front of camera and be one of our faces in front of customers and stakeholders. : ) Killer copywriting & storytelling skills. Proficiency with content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, video editing apps). Knowledge of analytics and social media management tools. A self-starter.  Preferably a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media (or equivalent experience).
