This role offers the opportunity to join a high-performing team, gain extensive buy-side credit analysis experience, and be involved in executing and managing big ticket real estate transactions. Responsibilities: Conduct detailed analysis to support new investment recommendations. Proactively manage credit risk across existing investments. Prepare and present concise credit memos and insights to the Executive Team and Investment Committee. Oversee transaction execution, including due diligence, negotiations, documentation, and Investment Committee processes. Key Requirements: A minimum of 2 years’ experience in investment analysis, specialized credit, or corporate finance.
A strong academic background in quantitative fields such as finance, engineering, mathematics, or economics. Financial modelling skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint. Commercial with the ability to cultivate long-term relationships. Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail. Professional qualifications (CFA, ACA, ACCA, or CAIA) are desirable. A team player with a proactive mindset, geared toward learning and collaboration.
