Lead the Belgium & Luxembourg organization with full P&L responsibility, ensuring execution of the company’s strategic growth plan. Support the sales team in their drive to grow the filter replacement market, expand the service offering, including filter installation, site surveys, and service packages for dust collection and air handling equipment. Champion sales strategies centered around lead generation, aggressive follow-up, and proactive customer engagement. Develop business opportunities in new areas related to monitoring filter performance and indoor air quality, key pillars in Camfil’s diversification strategy.

Lead, mentor, and manage the team, ensuring high levels of motivation, performance, and alignment with company goals as well as encouraging professional development. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement across the organization. Maintain close and effective communication with the EMEA management team through regular meetings and performance reporting. Oversee operational excellence, resource planning, and team development to drive sustainable results. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or equivalent would be a plus. 3+ years of experience in a senior leadership role, ideally within the HVAC or filtration industry.

Experience in a Managing Director role would be an advantage. 5+ years of experience leading a commercial / sales development function delivering premium products and services to sectors such as pharmaceuticals, healthcare, data centers, food & beverage, and regulated industries. Strong track record in driving commercial growth and leading cross-functional teams. Prior experience in managing a P&L within a matrixed, multinational business. Strong business acumen and a solid understanding of all areas of management (Sales, Customer Service, Finance, HR etc. )Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools, Power BI, etc. Familiarity with Microsoft D365 would be an advantage.

Experience in service-oriented offerings such as equipment maintenance, field services, or aftermarket support is highly desirable. Familiarity with industrial filtration systems, dust collectors, or sensor-based monitoring solutions would be a plus. Understanding of the local market is preferred.
