该职位来源于猎聘 Job Summary and Key Objectives 职位概述及关键目标Help Camfil to exploit Food and Beverage market in East and Central China, and promote the sales performance in Food and Beverage sector. 帮助康斐尔在华东及华中区域开拓食品饮料行业，提升该行业的销售业绩。Serve as an intermediary for solutions detailed understanding of customer’s business model and how Camfil’s products and services develop and deliver added value to the customer. 作为空气解决方案的提供者，需要详细了解客户的商业模式，以及如何开发康斐尔的产品和服务为客户提供高价值的解决方案。 Key Responsibilities 主要职责Be responsible for sales support, customer development, customer management and the data collection of Food and Beverage customers in East and Central China. 负责华东及华中区域食品饮料行业的客户维护，业务开拓，客户管理以及数据信息收集等。Actively visit potential customers to discover, develop and coordinate potential business opportunities. 积极拜访潜在客户，挖掘、发展和争取潜在的业务机会。Work with current customers and prospects to meet desired sales and service needs 满足现有客户和潜在客户预期的销售和服务需求。Actively explore distributors and support distributor expansion into new businesses. 积极开拓渠道并支持渠道拓展新业务。Develop sales plan and achieve the sales target in Food and Beverage market. Provide reliable rolling sales forecast. 制定所负责行业区域的销售计划,达成销售目标,并提供可靠的滚动销售预测。Provide technical support & technical communication, installation instructions and after sales service to the customers. 为客户提供技术支持和技术交流、安装指导和售后服务。 Know-How 知识Bachelor Degree or above major in science and engineering. 本科以上学历，理工科为佳。Two to five years or above sales experiences in Food and Beverage industry.Knowledge about clean air process, or sales experience related to filtration products will be a plus. 两到五年食品饮料行业相关销售经验。了解空气洁净工艺，有过滤器产品销售经验优先。Connections in Food and Beverage related engineering companies will be a plus. 在食品饮料行业相关工程公司有一定人脉关系优先。 Skills技能Background in on-site technical service and support is preferred. 有现场技术服务和支持背景优先。Good Communication skills 语言表述能力与沟通能力较好。Ability to structure, price, negotiate and close deals 组织、定价、谈判和完成交易的能力。Ability of professional English reading and writing. 具备一定专业类英语资料阅读能力。Strong troubleshooting skills，and teamwork spirit. 较强的问题解决能力，以及团队合作精神。
