Head of FP&A | Middle Market Private Equity SaaS AssetUp to €100,000 with competitive benefitsHybrid working modelCamino Search is delighted to have been retained by a middle-market private equity firm specializing in technology to support the crucial appointment of a Head of FP&A for a compelling SaaS business in the Nordics. We are working alongside the Investment team and the CFO, following an excellent start to the year. Due to the company’s continued success, it is now poised to enter its next phase of organic and acquisitive growth and is seeking a commercially minded FP&A leader.
The successful candidate will work closely alongside an experienced CFO as his right hand, supporting the broader C-suite and the Board. They will provide strategic insights and financial guidance to help shape the company’s commercial strategy and business plans for H2 2025 and beyond. Mandate: Service as a strategic partner to C-Suite and the Board, transforming data into actionable insights, providing clear and comprehensive view of the business, and offering guidance as a trusted business partner to divisional stakeholders.
Ownership of the FP&A function, leading group budgeting, forecasting, reporting, performance analysis, identifying new opportunities while optimizing and enhancing existing workflows. Short and long term value creation plans, providing financial insight to drive strategic shift in revenue model to a scalable subscription model, whilst identifying potential acquisitions with the funds buy and build approach (3-4 per year). Foster cross-functional collaboration, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and operations to drive sustainable business growth. Requirements: Advanced expertise in FP&A, ideally with experience working alongside investors in a SaaS or technology focused business.
Proficiency with ERP and BI tools (Power BI, Business Central, Lean System, or similar) and ideally exposure to EPM systems like Jedox, Adaptive, Anaplan or similar. Highly skilled in Excel, with strong capabilities in financial modelling. Proven experience in managing and developing teams, with the ability to support and influence cross-functional teams effectively.
