As part of this strategic expansion, we are seeking the first M&A hire in Greece to lead acquisition activity across the region. This is a unique opportunity to join a high-performing, acquisition-driven organisation. The RoleAs M&A Manager, you will play a central role in identifying, evaluating, and executing software company acquisitions across Greece.
You’ll collaborate closely with senior leadership and business unit heads to drive inorganic growth across a diverse portfolio of niche software businesses.
Key ResponsibilitiesSource and develop relationships with target companies in the software sectorConduct market mapping, financial analysis, and commercial due diligenceLead deal execution, coordinating with legal, finance, and integration teamsSupport post-acquisition onboarding and strategy alignment with portfolio companiesRepresent the group in Greece as a key member of the local leadership build-outAbout You4–8 years of experience in M&A, corporate development, investment banking, or private equityStrong analytical and financial modeling skillsFluency in Greek and EnglishExperience in software or technology highly desirableIndependent, resourceful, and entrepreneurial mindsetExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills
