Join our team in Maastricht as an Aircraft Customer Service Engineer (CSE)!At SAMCO Aircraft Maintenance, we keep aircraft flying safely and efficiently. We're looking for a hands-on engineer to manage customer accounts within our CAMO team, working on active fleets or aircraft transitions. Dutch is preferred, English is fine. With around 600 colleagues across two main locations – and about 250 in Maastricht, we support airlines, lessors, and operators from all over the world.We're looking for an Aircraft Customer Service Engineer (CSE) to strengthen our CAMO team in Maastricht. This department is one of the three pillars of SAMCO and plays a key role in managing the airworthiness of our customers their aircraft.As a CSE, you'll be responsible for one or more customer accounts, working either on active fleets or aircraft transitions. You'll act as the link between our customers, engineers, and maintenance providers.We are an independent organization with a diverse customer base, which means every project brings new technical and organizational challenges. What you'll do·        Act on new regulations, maintenance requirements, and aircraft type, related instructions·        Create and maintain Aircraft Maintenance Programs (AMPs) based on manufacturer data·        Monitor aircraft airworthiness status and issue maintenance work packages to MROs·        Analyze maintenance data and improve aircraft maintenance programs·        Liaise between mechanics, engineers, operators, and manufacturers·        Support design changes under Part-21 legislation What you bring·        A diploma in Aviation (CSE) or equivalent experience, such as an HBO degree in Aviation Management or Aeronautical Engineering – this is a legal requirement.·        Knowledge of EASA Part-M regulations·        Experience with aircraft systems and/or structures is an advantage·        Skilled with Microsoft Excel·        Strong communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)·        A proactive, accurate, and customer-focused attitude·        A team player who can handle deadlines and dynamic work What we offer·        A permanent position in a stable and respected MRO company·        Competitive salary and secondary benefits·        25 leave days and 13 additional days (ATV) per year·        Profit share and an excellent pension scheme·        On-the-job coaching and training opportunities·        A friendly and supportive work environment At SAMCO, our success comes from the dedication and craftsmanship of our people.
