By investing in our people’s continued growth and learning, we challenge and change how we build together – people and business.Role Objective:To run all the daily activities in the labour accommodation in compliance with government, company and camp rules and regulationsRoles & Responsibilities:Maintains at the labour camp a safe work environment that minimizes hazards and contributes to the well-being of the manpower.Takes action to prevent or resolve safety hazards and continually pursues new developments to improve safety/environment.Ensures all the emergency telephone numbers for FIRE, POLICE & AMBULANCE are identified to all workers residing at the camp.Coordinates with the Human Capital department to get updates about laws, rules, and regulations, and implements the same.Regularly communicates safety and environmental awareness as a priority.Maintains the daily records for all workers residing in the camp.Maintains the electrical appliances, A/C, etc.Reports to the office daily absenteeism and sick/medical reports.Responsible for the removal of sewage water and garbage from the camp premises.In charge of electricity and water supply to the camp, noting and reading daily.Logs the movement of labours from one camp to another.Monitors the stock of Personal Protective Equipment in the store and distributes to workers as per Amana standards.Oversees the daily movement of workers from camp to site and back.Reports daily to the office the men idle at camp.Make sure that no workers are transferred to any site/camp without prior approval of the Personnel and Administration department.Reports monthly the camp spaces occupied by other branches' labors for invoicing purposes.Reports monthly the list of workers using the company’s caterer.Participates in labor committee meetings and suggests action plans.Assists the superintendent of the camp in identifying potential camp boss / assistant camp boss and helps in training them accordingly.Demonstrates an open-minded approach to understanding and working with people from diverse backgrounds while treating them fairly and consistently with dignity and respect.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management.Qualifications and skills requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years’ experience in related fieldProficiency in Microsoft Office
