Campaign Assistant - Interim Agent

Adecco, on behalf of Cedefop, the European Centre for the Development of Vocational Training, one of the EU’s decentralized agencies, based in Thessaloniki Greece, is seeking to recruit a highly driven candidate for the following position:Campaign Assistant - Interim Agent (Applications accepted until 30 October 2025)Key Responsibilities •Draft content for various communication outputs, including news, stories, social media posts, key messages, and scripts for videos and animations•Create and manage multimedia content such as podcasts, videos, teasers, infographics, and animations•Draft content and manage social media accounts and campaigns•Monitor campaign implementation and impact and prepare reports•Support the planning and management of communication campaigns•Contribute to maintaining the campaign’s editorial calendar•Assist in the development and management of the campaign website (Drupal)•Support the organization of meetings and events•Design graphics and visuals (Canva) and handle mobile video recording/editingQualifications•University Degree in journalism, communications, social sciences, or related fields relevant to the role•At least 3 years of proven professional experience in the tasks outlined in the job description•Experience in digital communication (managing social media accounts, websites, multimedia content and campaigns) including drafting content for different platforms and in different formats•Strong writing and editing skills in English, including storytelling and message crafting, as well as ability to adapt to different communications channels and outputs are essential•Solid planning and project management skills•Ability to manage efficiently multiple parallel streams of communication work under tight deadlines•Ability to work constructively as part of a multidisciplinary and multicultural team•Proactivity and openness to acquire new knowledge and expertiseThe Company Offers•European Union Gross Salary levels•12-month Contract with possibility of extension•Multinational / Multicultural Working EnvironmentCedefop collaborates with Αdecco HR (Member of Adecco Group) which will hire on an interim basis the selected candidates.After the screening of the CVs, we will contact the candidates who meet the profile’s requirements to arrange an interview.All applications are considered as strictly confidential.
