Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment.The Fast-moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) team drives collaboration between top creators, mid-tier creators, and key external partners such as MCNs, TAP partners, and creator agencies; all working together with leading FMCG brands on TikTok Shop. Our mission is to maximize performance across all channels in major campaigns through strong creator partnerships, product strategy, and data-driven GMV optimization. Support planning and execution for FMCG creator–brand initiatives Coordinate with internal teams and external partners (Creator Management Team, Category, IMC, Strategy) to ensure smooth project execution; including product & creator readiness, sample tracking, and communication alignment.
