Job DescriptionDevelop and execute end-to-end marketing initiatives to drive user adoption and usage growth of Pay-to-Merchant service for SPayLaterWork closely with cross-functional team to identify opportunities for growth-driven campaigns and promotionsTrack campaign performance, evaluate key metrics, and optimize strategies using data-driven insightsplanning, development, and execution of Point-of-Sale Marketing (POSM) materials for acquired merchants, ensuring brand consistency and clear call-to-actionsMonitor competitor activities in the offline space and propose proactive strategies to maintain SPayLater's competitive edge in merchant visibilityManage ad-hoc marketing projects and support special initiatives to improve product visibility and usageRequirementsBachelor’s degree or above in marketing, business administration, or any related field1 - 3 years of working experience in marketing-related fieldsWork experience in project management or similar roleProven track record in driving growth and managing marketing campaigns end-to-endExcellent attention to details with the ability to deliver high-quality work on timeStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with stakeholdersHigh proficient in English both written and oral communicationWork experience in eCommerce / financial industry is a plus
