At Demand AI, we are committed to creating the future of demand generation through the synergy of empowered individuals and advanced technology.Role DescriptionAs the Campaign Manager, you will serve as the strategic and operational link between our Customer Success and Internal Operations teams. You will be responsible for managing the campaign intake process, overseeing the execution of workflows through Jira, ensuring campaign documentation is complete, and delivering high-quality campaign outputs. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment and possesses a unique blend of project management, communication, and data handling skills.ResponsibilitiesCampaign Intake & Workflow ManagementExecute all inter departmental communication between operations, sales, and customer success ensuring timely responses, effective communication, and proper escalation procedures in line with every campaign.Manage campaign pacing and prioritization, coordinating closely with the Delivery and Automation teams to ensure campaigns remain on schedule and aligned with client objectives.Manage end-to-end campaign intake on Jira, including ticket creation, linking verification, cloning verification, and campaign monitoring between yourself and the internal operations team.Utilize the campaign hubs Kanban board used to track campaign execution across departments.Ensure all campaign tickets are complete with relevant forms, documentation, client details, and campaign objectives.Interdepartmental CoordinationAct as the liaison between Customer Success and Internal Ops, ensuring smooth campaign setup and feedback loops.Proactively escalate any blockers, rejected leads, or data/reporting discrepancies to the Global Campaign Management Head or VP of Operations to maintain visibility and quality control.Attend and contribute to internal meetings with both departments to manage priorities and expectations.Documentation & Quality AssuranceReview and validate campaign forms and documentation for completeness and clarity.Upon campaign completion, conduct thorough QA checks on lead files and campaign outputs:Conduct a light QA review on all lead files before delivery, validating that data aligns with client criteria and internal QA standards.Identify and report intent on various products and platforms within Demand AI’s product portfolio. Process ImprovementIdentify gaps or inefficiencies in campaign setup or delivery processes and propose improvements.Maintain and evolve best practices for campaign documentation and QA standards.Qualifications  Working knowledge of campaign tracking and tools such as Insyght, Amplify, or ECM.  Able to adapt to new processes and procedures.   Strong understanding of basic campaign lifecycles and B2B lead generation principles.  Experience with data formatting and quality assurance practices (e.g., CSV handling, Excel skills and clean-up).  Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.  Effective cross-functional communication skills with technical and non-technical departments.  Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.  Basic familiarity with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) preferred.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in a lead generation ops, quality assurance processes, or project coordinator role.Exposure to CRM systems, automation tools, or lead enrichment workflows is a plus.Familiarity with lead scoring, targeting parameters, or segmentation criteria is helpful but not required.What you Bring·        A proactive mindset with a “get things done” attitude.·        An ability to work independently while navigating multiple teams and priorities.·        A keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
