Job OverviewThe Campaign & Partnership Analyst is responsible for analyzing marketing campaign performance, evaluating partnership effectiveness, and providing actionable insights to optimize marketing impact and ROI. This role requires strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations for the business.Key Responsibilities1. Campaign Analysis & OptimizationMonitor and analyze campaign performance across digital and offline channels.Evaluate key metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, and ROI to measure campaign effectiveness.Provide insights and recommendations for optimization, targeting, and budget allocation.Prepare post-campaign reviews and performance reports for internal stakeholders.2. Partnership Performance EvaluationAnalyze and measure the effectiveness of brand, merchant, and media partnerships.Track partnership outcomes including user acquisition, sales uplift, and engagement.Support partnership negotiations and renewals through performance data and projections.3. Data Management & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date campaign dashboards and trackers.Collaborate with the Data and Product teams to ensure proper tracking and tagging.Present insights and trends in a clear, actionable format for the Marketing team.4. Market & Competitor InsightsConduct market and competitor research to identify new campaign or partnership opportunities.Track consumer behavior trends and promotional activities to support strategic planning.Requirements1-2 years of experience in marketing analytics, campaign performance, or partnership evaluation (Fresh graduates with extensive internship experience in marketing or data analytics, are welcome to apply)Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.Experience with analytical tools such as Google Analytics, Looker Studio, or Power BI is a plus.Good understanding of marketing performance metrics and digital channels.Strong communication and presentation skills to deliver data-driven insights.Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with large datasets.
