The RoleThe Campaign & Content Manager drives the execution of marketing activities across Belgium and the Netherlands, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads and the creation of relevant content that directly contributes to commercial growth. As part of the central Marketing team, this role takes ownership of local execution to accelerate growth, while serving as the key liaison between the regional sales teams and the UK-based central marketing function. The Campaign & Content Manager is responsible for adapting central strategies into locally relevant, commercially effective campaigns.This role is based in The Netherlands and candidates must speak and write fluently in Dutch.Key DeliverablesLead Generation: Ensure a steady inflow of new, qualified leads that directly contribute to the sales funnel and the commercial growth of OASIS in the BeNe region. Stakeholder engagement: Act as a key liaison between the different stakeholders in the business and ensure there is an effective communication and feedback loop to optimise campaign execution and delivery high quality leads. Conversion: Improve the quality and conversion of leads into tangible sales opportunities through close collaboration with the sales team and effective follow-up. Content Creation: Develop and localise client-focused content — including sales materials, case studies, and tender texts — that strengthen commercial conversations, support bids and proposals, and further drive the commercial growth of OASIS. Key ResponsibilitiesExecute and localise central campaigns in the BeNe region, ensuring effective adaptation of Group Marketing initiatives into commercially relevant local programs. Leverage digital channels (e.g. LinkedIn, email, events) and manage the local marketing calendar to directly support revenue growth. Own the management of the Dutch version of the website to ensure it is fully optimised and aligned with the UK website and suggest best practices and optimisation. Ensuring consistent tone of voice, SEO optimisation, and brand positioning to enhance visibility and client trust. Collaborate with the PPC agency and Group Marketing team to optimise paid and organic campaigns, to optimise the PPC strategy for the BeNe region, providing local market insights, keyword recommendations to ensure campaigns are tailored to regional audience behaviours and deliver maximum ROI. Develop and localise client-focused content (articles, social posts, whitepapers, visuals, case studies, proposals, and tender texts) that strengthen commercial conversations and increase win rates in sales processes, ensuring alignment with central initiatives while adapting to local market needs. Coordinate with Sales, Group Marketing, subject matter experts, and external agencies to ensure campaigns and content are effectively tailored to the market, while also creating targeted content independently. Skills and Competencies:Strategic understanding of commercial processes and customer journeys, with a focus on conversion, customer value, and sales effectiveness. Strong project and process management skills; able to stay in control of deadlines, resources, and deliverables in a dynamic environment. Demonstrates ownership and initiative in independently organising, coordinating, and improving commercial workflows. Writes clearly, persuasively, and flawlessly in Dutch, with a strong grasp of tone of voice, target audience relevance, and SEO principles. Digital marketing expertise – experience with implementing LinkedIn, email campaigns, websites, and applying SEO guidelines, including lead generation via online channels. Manages key stakeholder relationships across sales, operations, and Group functions, facilitating effective communication and collaboration to ensure alignment and seamless execution of marketing and sales initiatives across the BeNe region. Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher (HBO+), preferably in a commercial or communications-related field. A depth of demonstrable experience in marketing with strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of GA4 and digital measurement strategies. Demonstrated experience in developing B2B content across multiple channels such as website, social media, proposals and campaigns. Proficient in CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce)Experience in working within an international matrix organisation is a plus. Fluent in written and spoken Dutch and professionally proficient in English.
