Definitely an opportunity that will motivate an experienced Early Careers Talent Acquisition specialist, all as part of a fast-moving organisation that places its employee base at the heart of everything it does.To be considered for this opportunity you need a proven track record in Early Careers in Financial Services In this role, you will be responsible for managing the Campus Recruitment initiatives within the firm, developing new ways in which to attract budding professionals into the business. By managing a variety of resourcing-based projects and analyses the current and past experiences of candidates engaged by the firm, you will be able to see what it is that attracts new talent into the business, and what more can be done to improve that experience for all parties involved.Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:Managing the Campus Recruiting initiative in full, supporting from the entirety of the attraction pipeline up through to onboarding recent graduates and internsMaintaining traction by organising various campus events throughout the yearSupporting the Talent Acquisition Manager by executing various assessments and selection strategies for assigned BUsGathering MI for Early Careers as requiredThe right person for this role will have a strong background in Early Careers and particularly will understand the unique resourcing nuances that come into play within the EC space. They will thoroughly understand the importance of Diversity & Inclusivity both for the business and the broader world, and be able to better align offerings within the firm in tandem with the data obtained from past candidate experiences. They will understand how to build a strong pipeline for graduate talent and bring that knowledge to the forefront with their colleagues.A great role working right at the core of the EC offerings at a major player in the Financial Services world.
