Head of ITSector: Fintech, Digital Banking, PaymentsRole Summary: The Head of IT will oversee the development, maintenance, and security of all internal and externally developed IT platforms, including the Open Banking Platform, Payment Processing Infrastructure, and end-user service systems. The role demands strong strategic alignment with the CEO and collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure systems are secure, high-performing, and compliant with data protection policies. Key Responsibilities: StrategicDevelop and execute IT strategy aligned with business objectives, supporting the growth of the Aggregator Super App and associated platforms.
Lead technology platform development from concept to deployment, ensuring scalability, integration, and regulatory alignment. Collaborate with the CEO to shape policies for platform security, data integrity, and vendor engagement. Oversee vendor transitions and build a roadmap for insourcing key IT capabilities. OperationalManage IT infrastructure performance across multiple data centers, ensuring uptime, system resilience, and disaster recovery planning. Define and enforce security protocols, access controls, and data protection standards across all systems. Supervise day-to-day IT operations including onboarding of banks and fintechs, account maintenance, payments activity, KYC/AML, and compliance procedures.
Own and refine all IT-related processes, documentation, audits, and governance structures. Lead change management efforts related to system upgrades, architecture changes, and integrations. FinancialPrepare and manage the annual IT budget in coordination with the CEO and department heads. Monitor budget adherence and implement cost controls without compromising performance or security. Oversee procurement of IT services, software, and infrastructure with a focus on efficiency and value.
