OverviewJoining a new organisation is a big moment. The Candidate Experience Coordinator helps make it a positive, personal experience. From the day an offer is accepted through to the first weeks in role, this person ensures every candidate feels informed, supported, and valued. The focus isn’t just on ticking boxes - it’s on helping people understand what’s happening and why, so they feel confident and connected from the start.Occasional out of state travel to New York, DC and CA. There will also be a requirement to travel to the UK.What You’ll DoGuide candidates through the journey: Offer clear, friendly communication about each stage of onboarding, explaining what’s needed and how it fits into the bigger picture.Provide steady support: Be a consistent point of contact for questions and updates, ensuring no one feels left in the dark.Coordinate the details: Manage pre-employment checks, right-to-work documentation, and induction logistics with care and accuracy.Create a welcoming start: Work with HR, IT, and hiring managers to make sure new starters arrive to a smooth setup, friendly faces, and a sense of belonging.Keep improving: Gather feedback from candidates and colleagues to make each onboarding journey a little better than the last.What Good Looks LikeEvery candidate feels guided and cared for - not just processed.Managers feel confident that onboarding is handled smoothly and professionally.The company’s culture of warmth and clarity is reflected in every candidate interaction.Interested?We are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applicants from all sections of the community, regardless of age, sex, gender (or gender identity), ethnicity, disability, sexual orientation, and transgender status.
