What You’ll DoAssist in maintaining, analyzing, and improving our professional services automation (PSA) system Support team members by providing insights and assistance with PSA tools Build and manage company performance dashboards to track key business metrics Conduct data analysis to generate meaningful insights and support decision-making Ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports and operations Collaborate with colleagues to identify and implement process improvements Take on special projects that contribute to Canidium’s operational efficiency What We’re Looking ForEnthusiastic self-starter with a "can-do" attitude Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to apply classroom knowledge to real-world business challenges Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask Willingness to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment Skills & ExperienceProficiency in Google Sheets or other spreadsheet tools (analytics and formulas) Coding experience is a plus but not required Strong understanding of business math and analytics Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Mathematics, Computer Information Systems, or a related field Why Join Canidium?Flexible working hours to fit your schedule.
