While we support flexible, remote-friendly ways of working, for this role we’re focusing on Paris so we can best support our teams and keep collaboration flowing. This role is a 12-month engagement, working full-time hours per week. What You’d Be Doing In This RoleAs the Content Strategist for France, you’ll be the creative performance engine behind Canva’s paid marketing in the region. You’ll be responsible for audience insight, creative analysis, sprint leadership, and directing a high-performing creative strategy - working at the intersection of data, storytelling, and cultural nuance.

Your role is to work with channel experts to ensure that our creative system is always improving and driving growth. You understand the market and our customers, dive deep into the tools and lead our team’s execution through the creative strategy flywheel with the broader team. Experience working across performance-driven creative, with a deep understanding of ad metrics, audience segmentation, and platform best practicesConfidence using data tools and performance dashboards to inform decision-making and optimise creative at scaleExcellent communication skills in French and English, with the ability to spot tone, nuance, and resonance in creative work. Additional languages are viewed favourably. Strong experience in briefing, reviewing, and iterating creative in cross-functional sprintsA growth mindset.
