Your RoleIn this versatile role, you will be part of a strong and ambitious local team in Denmark, working closely with colleagues based out of India as well as across the Nordic region - Sweden, Norway, and Finland. Your main focus will be on bringing events to life - both internal and external - by supporting planning, coordination, and of course execution.

Alongside this, you’ll help shape engaging content and campaign materials across digital channels, contributing to both local initiatives in Denmark and broader activities across the Nordic region. You will be reporting directly to the Pursuit Marketing and Events Manager, as well as the Danish CMO, where you’ll collaborate across teams to plan, create, and optimize content and campaigns that drive engagement, support our brand, and contribute to a consistent and impactful market presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesEvent ManagementAssist in planning and executing both internal activations and external, client-facing eventsSupport with event content, practical coordination, communication, and follow-up activitiesHelp ensure our events are on-brand, well-organized, and deliver a memorable experienceWork cross-functionally with sales, delivery, and other teams to align messaging and objectives across event touchpointsContent (& Campaigns)Plan, create, and publish content for our social media channels – especially LinkedInWrite and edit content in both English and Danish, including social media posts, newsletters, blog articles, campaign materials, and event-related contentSupport the planning and roll-out of marketing campaigns aligned with local and Nordic business goalsEnsure brand consistency and creativity across content, visuals, and messagingTrack and report on social media and campaign performance using tools like LinkedIn Analytics and Salesforce/PardotIdentify learnings and suggest optimizations to improve engagement and reachCollaborate closely with the Danish team and our extended team in India to manage tasks efficientlyContribute to Nordic collaboration across Sweden, Norway, and Finland on joint marketing effortsWhat We’re Looking ForCurrently studying for a master’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related fieldHands-on experience with event coordination and/or marketing campaigns is a plus, but not a necessityCreative mindset with strong writing skills in both Danish and EnglishA flair for visual content and an understanding of the value of imagery and video in marketingComfortable working with digital tools and platforms (e.

g. , LinkedIn, Salesforce, Teams, etc.
