In your role, you will partner with our local and Global clients across diverse industries to deliver outcomes through shaping the Future of Work and Transforming the capability of their People. Our team enjoys a diverse range of challenges including: Delivering digital transformation programs, ensuring employee experience is seamless through targeted interventions (e. g. training and communication)Performing current state assessments of the organisation (e. g.

leadership, ways of working, governance, processes, structures, capabilities) and co-designing the future state with an actionable and measurable pathFacilitating in person and remote workshops with key client leaders to define, align, execute, and measure their people strategiesSupporting clients to design, test and iterate new virtual working models enabled by technology to boost productivity and retain talentCoaching clients in agile and digital ways of workingCreating insightful, fact-based findings and recommendations backed by dataParticipating in business development through point of view and proposal creationUpskilling and supporting the upskilling of others, keeping up to date with global W&O trends to ensure market and client relevanceTaking an active role within our practice, co-creating an inclusive, future-fit team that we love working for and our clients both enjoy and value partnering withWhat you’ll bring:

Experience in consultancy or leading firms with demonstrated impact in some or all of change management, workforce strategy, organisation, HR and agile transformation, organisation design, employee experience, learning and development, communication strategy, people analyticsExperience in transformation projects for Consumer Product and Retail industry, or Financial services industry will be idealStrong general consulting and interpersonal skills, including but not limited to, project management, stakeholder management, problem-solving, creative thinking, resilience, presentation, and communication up to CxO levelA track record of building relationships, with the ability to empathise with clients in complex matrix environmentsAn entrepreneurial mindset, a resulted-oriented and can-do mentality, and comfort to work under pressure within given timeframesPassion for all things digital, an eagerness to learn and grow rapidly in our organisation
