What you’ll do: Engage with guests as they access our attractions, provide relevant facts and informationRun our attraction safety positions as trained, including encouraging guests to follow COVID-19 safety protocol,To deliver programmed content in each station in an engaging manner and as trained (includes Safety Talks)Ensure line-ups are moving in an orderly fashion as trainedEncourage Guests to partake in our park offerings such as Tours, Rainforest Explorer Program, and other seasonal activitiesConsiderations:

Must be able to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidaysTeam Members are required to be on their feet for extended periods of timeTeam Members are expected to follow Capilano's COVID-19 health & safety guidelines and protocol,Team Members are expected to deliver the position as described under various weather conditions including but not limited to sun, rain, snow, sleetTeam Members must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions in the darkTeam Members are occasionally required to lift and carry up to 20lbs, climb a step ladder or step stoolWho you are:

Minimum 1 year of Guest Services experiencePositive, friendly, outgoing, and energetic personalityExcellent interpersonal skillsLevel 1 or 2 occupational first aid is an assetCompensation for this position is $18. 25 per hour.
