Back Office Officer - Onboarding (KYC)

Responsibilities: Client Documentation and Compliance Review and verify client identification documents in line with KYC and AML regulations. Ensure all required forms are completed correctly and that client information is accurate and compliant with applicable legal and regulatory standards.

Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new clients, ensuring timely and efficient account activation. Collaborate with the compliance team to identify and escalate any risks or inconsistencies found in client documentation. Assist clients in completing onboarding requirements, providing guidance and support where neededAccurately input and update client information in the CRM and other internal systems. Maintain up-to-date and accurate client records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality at all timesGenerate regular reports on onboarding progress, client issues, and compliance concerns for management reviewMaintain comprehensive and organized documentation of client communications and onboarding activities, ensuring readiness for audits or regulatory reviewsRequirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred)Previous experience in a back office, compliance, or customer support role in a financial services or trading environment is highly desirableFamiliarity with financial products (stocks, CFDs, crypto, etc. ) and trading platforms is an advantageProficient with CRM systems, MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc. ), and database management toolsExperience with trading platforms (e. g. , MetaTrader, Capital.

com platform) and KYC/AML tools is a plusKnowledge of financial regulations such as MiFID II, GDPR, and KYC/AML requirementsUnderstanding of industry standards for onboarding processes and customer verificationStrong attention to detail with the ability to identify discrepancies and ensure accuracyExcellent communication skills (both written and verbal) for dealing with clients and internal teamsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressureBusiness level proficiency in English or above (equivalent to B2 or above in CEFR)What you will get in return: Competitive Salary:
