This role involves working closely with stakeholders, project teams, and IT to define requirements, design functional solutions, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities:-Deliver comprehensive business analysis to address business needs and propose effective solutions.Collaborate with project teams including Product Owners, Developers, Architects, and other BAs to deliver business requirements and improve processes.Work closely with stakeholders to define requirements and produce artifacts for application development or enhancements.Specify business rules for regulatory reporting, business operations, and data transformations.Design functional solutions and participate in testing activities.Maintain and promote best practices for the bank’s data dictionary.Interact with developers to define implementation specifications.Communicate with other IT teams regarding data services and integration.Support daily operations using Scrum, Jira, and Kanban methodologies.Qualifications & Profile:-Minimum 4 years of experience as a Capital Markets Business Analyst.Strong communication skills to achieve consensus on requirements.Solid functional knowledge of financial products and regulatory reporting.Familiarity with MIFID II, SFTR, EMIR, or APAC transaction regulatory reporting principles (desirable).Experience with capital market processes such as Pricing, Sales/Trader workflows, etc.Exposure to microservices architecture, Kibana, and Collibra is a plus.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively.Excellent documentation and communication capabilities.Skilled in data analysis using SQL/Oracle/Sybase and T-SQL.Knowledge of FpML, XML/XSLT/XPath is an added advantage.Why Capgemini is uniqueAt Capgemini we don’t just believe in Diversity & Inclusion, we actively go out to making it a working reality.
