Providing first line technology support during the implementation and maintenance of systems like Salesforce, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Loan Management System (LMS) and Telephony (amongst others) used by the Sales and Service Teams in the Relationship Suite, Business Centres and Business Support Centres. Take ownership for creating, logging, tracking, resolving, and escalating technical systems queriesExperienceMINIMUM: 2 - 3 Years proven experience in providing technical support to departments dealing with client queriesIdeally have understanding and working experience of general IT supportEscalation processing, isolation and problem solvingReport generationExperience in engaging / providing feedback to senior management levelsIDEAL:
