- Spider are advertising on behalf of a traditional country estate, who are seeking another skilled Gardener to join their dedicated and growing team based just south of Swaffham, Norfolk. About The RoleOur clients are looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Gardener to join their established but growing estate team. This role involves working on the Norfolk estate gardens as well as occasional travel (1-2 days a month on a rota basis) to assist at the family's London residence.

Working hours are Monday-Friday (45 hours per week), with occasional weekend work on a rota, compensated with Time Off in Lieu. Main Duties And ResponsibilitiesCare for and maintain a wide range of plants, flowers, and landscapes, ensuring theirhealth and vibrancy. Work collaboratively with the estate team to deliver high-quality garden projects. Plan, plant, and maintain seasonal flowers and garden beds, bringing creativity and flair to the role. Monitor and control pests and diseases, using sustainable methods wherever possible.

About YouThe successful Gardener will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within a private estate or large garden, and will demonstrate a genuine passion for horticulture. You'll have a strong work ethic, be adaptable, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within the estate team. A clean driving licence is essential, and you must be over 25 years of age (for insurance purposes) to drive estate vehicles.
