If you're a process-driven expert with proven experience in operational diagnostics, team organisation, and Lean methodologies. 🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements: Evaluating team workload by activity type and identifying pain points and bottlenecks. Mapping responsibilities, communication flows, and collaboration efficiency. Diagnosing key IAM operational processes and tools using the Lean Six Sigma DMAIC approach: Define: Identify KPIs and Critical to Quality (CTQ) metrics; high-level SIPOC process mapping. Measure:

Business Process Modeling (3 levels); performance measurement. Analyze: Root cause analysis; failure mode analysis (IPR calculation). Improve: Facilitate Kaizen workshops and propose pragmatic, short- and mid-term improvements. Control: Define a monitoring and control plan. 🛠️ Technical Requirements: Certified in Lean Six Sigma methodology. Proven experience in organizational diagnosis and process optimization. Strong skills in quantifying workload by activity type and evaluating team dynamics. Fluent in French and English (spoken and written). Senior-level consultant with a structured, analytical, and autonomous work style. ➕ Plus:
