In this role, you will be the go-to HR partner for day-to-day operations and take the lead on HR initiatives as the company expands across Europe.

Key Responsibilities: Manage daily HR operations, supporting the full employee lifecycle and ensuring compliance with local labor lawsAct as a trusted advisor to leadership and collaborate with regional/global HR teamsLead HR setup for new office launches across Europe, from planning to executionOversee HR Shared Services (HRSS) and drive process improvementsFoster employee engagement and support the development of a collaborative workplace cultureIdeal Candidate Profile:
Proven experience as an HR Generalist or HR Manager, ideally in hyper-growth, fintech, or tech-driven industriesExperienced in opening new office in different countries is highly preferredStrong communication and interpersonal skills — confident, presentable, and able to influence stakeholders at all levelsResilient and committed, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-demand environmentFluency in English is essential; additional languages (e. g.
