We are one inclusive team, driven by trust and a passion for helping our colleagues and clients succeed.What The Day Will Look LikeAs a Captive Employee Benefits Junior Analyst, you will support our Global Benefits practice and work with specialized colleagues on a growing client portfolio. Your responsibilities include:Supporting account managers in preparing client reports, presentations, and performance updates.Responding to client queries promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information is provided.Coordinating with global and local teams to gather market insights and ensure alignment.Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of reports and data from providers.Reviewing and validating data to support client advice and decision-making.Contributing to portfolio analyses, feasibility studies, and performance reviews of local plans.Assisting with strategic accounts and custom projects.Participating in initiatives aimed at improving efficiency and client experience.How This Opportunity Is DifferentYou will work with some of the world’s largest and most sophisticated organizations, helping them tackle their employee benefits challenges.
