About the role: We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to join their team and support the dynamic Founders/Directors. This is a pivotal role for someone with early experience in a fast-paced, professional environment who is confident balancing core executive support with broader business and operational involvement.

You’ll be the go-to person for managing complex calendars, streamlining communications, and supporting a range of strategic tasks including corporate communications, event coordination and business development activities. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive executive support to both founders, including calendar management, travel booking, inbox oversight, and meeting preparation. Act as a key point of contact internally and externally, liaising confidently with stakeholders, clients, and partners. Support with business operations, expense tracking, and invoice management. Assist with CRM updates and basic reporting. Help coordinate and manage internal and external meetings, events, and presentations. Maintain discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive business information.

Take ownership of ad hoc projects and provide general administrative and office support. Requirements: 1+ years' experience in an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or other Ops/Admin role. Strong organisational and multitasking skills with the ability to anticipate needs. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Confidence in using Microsoft Office (especially Excel); familiarity with HubSpot, Xero, or similar platforms is a strong plus. A self-starter attitude, comfortable working independently and proactively. Professionalism, reliability, and a collaborative mindset.
