Capucinne is seeking an experienced and strategic Social Media Manager to manage and grow our organic social channels. We’re looking for someone who knows how to build a passionate, engaged audience around a premium brand, particularly in the fine jewelry and lifestyle space. Your Role: Own, improve, and execute our social media strategy across Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. Build an active community by starting conversations, responding to followers, and turning engagement into brand love. Work with our creative team to guide visual and storytelling content that matches Capucinne’s voice: elegant, romantic, artistic, and transparent.
Monitor performance using platform analytics and engagement tools. Recommend data-driven improvements. Collaborate with marketing and sales to align organic efforts with broader campaigns. Launch and manage ambassador or influencer-driven engagement initiatives. Requirements: 3+ years in social media community management, ideally in luxury or lifestyle. Proven track record of growing engagement and followers organically. Deep understanding of what drives community interaction, saves, shares, and UGC. Strong writing skills in English. Visual storytelling instincts are a plus. Familiar with tools like Meta Business Suite and Pinterest Analytics.
