The RoleCar Park Manager – University Hospital LimerickAPCOA Parking is looking for a Car Park Manager to oversee and manage our parking operations at University Hospital Limerick. This is a key role requiring strong leadership, excellent organisational skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.You'll work closely with the Regional Contracts Manager to lead the on-site team, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, meet client KPIs, and provide outstanding service to the public.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the daily operations of the hospital car parks and support servicesSupervise and motivate a team, ensuring high standards of service and professionalismDeliver internal and external KPIs, ensuring compliance with APCOA and client expectationsLiaise regularly with the Regional Contracts Manager and hospital client teamManage staff rotas, budgets, and site performance reportsMaintain strong client relationships and represent APCOA on-siteConduct audits, safety checks, and ensure adherence to Health & Safety policiesAssist support departments including Customer Service, Finance, and MarketingIdentify areas for service improvement and staff developmentWhat We’re Looking ForEssential Experience & SkillsProven leadership in a customer-facing, operational roleStrong team management and communication skillsExperience preparing and presenting performance reportsAbility to manage budgets and operational KPIsStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilitiesCompetence in Microsoft Office and reporting systemsFull manual Irish driving license is requiredPreferred But Not EssentialExperience in parking or facilities managementContract/client management experience (minimum 3 years preferred)What We OfferCompetitive annual salary of €37,000 per annum20 days annual leave + 10 bank holidaysCompany pension schemeFull training and ongoing developmentSupportive and inclusive working environmentReady to Join Us?If you're a motivated leader who thrives in a dynamic environment and you're looking to take the next step in your career with a leading parking services provider, we’d love to hear from you!Apply today!Apply for this job
