Position Summary: We are looking for an Accounting Asssitant to support finance focusing in our entities on Carboline Norway, Hummervoll (deck coating application services) and Tremco Norway. You will also support Carboline Europe Finance Team with reporting and other tasks as needed. The workplace will be at Lierstranda, near Drammen. Main Responsibilities:
Accounting closure, monthly, quarterly and annuallyEntering financial transactions into accounting softwareRecording invoices, receipts, and paymentsUpdating ledgers and other financial recordsInternal reportingReconciliation of balance sheet accountsControl of annual report and tax returnContact with auditorAssist the finance manager with tasks for the Norwegein entitiesAssist Carboline Europe Finance with tasks and reporting as neededAd hoc tasksQualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in similar rolesAccounting understanding and knowledge of legislationGood excel appetititutdesPreferible experience in ERP systems (Infor LN and SAP)Structured and accurateGood communication skills in Norwegian and English, both oral and writtenWhat we offer:
