Job Description
The Senior Executive will be responsible for ensuring smooth daily execution of Boost Bank’s card operations, including debit/credit card issuance, settlement, reconciliation, and dispute handling. This is a hands-on role with a focus on operational accuracy, compliance, and customer experience.Execute end-to-end card ops (issuance, settlement, disputes).Ensure compliance with scheme rules & BNM guidelines.Work with vendors and internal teams to keep operations seamless.Support product rollouts and process improvements.Execute day-to-day card operations: issuance, activation, hotlisting, renewals, replacements.Process transaction settlements, reconciliations, and exception handling.Manage chargebacks and disputes in line with scheme rules and timelines.Support fraud/risk monitoring activities and escalate suspicious cases.Work with vendors, processors, and scheme partners to resolve operational issues quickly.Maintain documentation and ensure audit readiness at all times.Support UAT and operational readiness for new card features or product rollouts.Provide backup support for ad-hoc projects and incident handling.Job Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Business, or related.2–4 years of hands-on card operations experience (bank, fintech, or FI).Strong knowledge of card processes: issuance, settlement, reconciliations, chargebacks.Familiar with BNM regulations and card scheme rules (Visa/Mastercard).Detail-oriented, dependable, and able to work under tight deadlines.
