About The RoleAs our Procurement and Logistics Officer, you’ll play a key role in keeping our global operations running smoothly. From forecasting and managing stock levels to working closely with suppliers and ensuring timely and cost-effective logistics, you'll be essential in delivering the tools that power better heart health outcomes.

This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives on process improvement, loves digging into the detail, and enjoys working cross-functionally with teams across operations, clinical, sales, and finance.

Key ResponsibilitiesProcurementForecast and plan procurement needs across the global businessManage purchase orders and vendor relationshipsNegotiate pricing and supply contracts to ensure value and qualityMaintain accurate records of inventory, costs, and supplier dataSupport ongoing cost-reduction and procurement process improvementsLogisticsOversee incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring smooth delivery and trackingManage domestic and international shipments, including customs clearanceCommunicate regularly with internal stakeholders on shipping timelines and inventory updatesCoordinate returns of faulty medical devicesEnsure accurate freight costing and reportingAbout YouYou’ll be a strong fit if you have:
