The role includes coordinating and managing device data across multiple software platforms such as Murj and vendor websites. Responsibilities also involve processing Holter monitors and interpreting EKG cardiac rhythms. Communication with all CIS clinics is a critical part of the role to ensure timely and accurate sharing of device information. The role requires accurate scheduling, billing, and documentation in both paper and electronic medical records. How You’ll Drive Our Mission Forward: Ensure continuity of care through timely and accurate remote monitoring of cardiac devices. Support CIS clinics by acting as a central resource for device-related communication and follow-up.

Promote high-quality patient care by identifying critical rhythm changes and coordinating necessary follow-up appointments. Contribute to patient safety and clinical outcomes through diligent management of device checks and Holter monitor processing. Uphold CIS standards by maintaining compliance with documentation, HIPAA, and corporate procedures. What Makes You a Great Match: You have strong knowledge of EKG rhythms and basic arrhythmias, essential for device and telemetry interpretation. You are detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple software systems with accuracy and efficiency. You demonstrate professional communication skills, working well with physicians, staff, and patients.

You possess or are willing to obtain NCET certification within one year. You excel in a collaborative environment and maintain a high standard of performance and patient confidentiality.
