With ambitious plans for further national expansion, we are committed to making a lasting impact in the industry. We are currently recruiting a Multi Plumber to join our team in Canterbury. You will join our maintenance team, delivering high-quality plumbing and multi-trade repairs across our social housing properties carrying out a wide range of responsive and planned maintenance works to ensure our tenants’ homes are safe, well-maintained, and compliant with current regulations.

Accountabilities/ResponsibilitiesCarry out a variety of plumbing repairs, installations, and maintenance tasks, including (but not limited to) replacing taps, unblocking drains, repairing leaks, fitting new pipework, and installing sanitary ware. Undertake basic multi-trade works as needed (e. g. , patch plastering, tiling, basic carpentry, or decorating) to ensure full job completion during a single visit. Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in an on-call rota as required. Work in accordance with health and safety policies, risk assessments, and method statements. Maintain accurate records of work completed using handheld devices or job sheets.

Deliver excellent customer service and treat tenants with respect and professionalism. Ensure all work is carried out in line with relevant legislation (e. g. , Water Regulations, Building Regulations). Key Skills/QualificationsNVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent trade qualification. Proven experience working as a plumber, ideally within a social housing or domestic maintenance setting. Ability to carry out minor multi-trade tasks to a good standard. Full UK driving licence Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
