If you’re passionate about accuracy, service excellence, and continuous improvement — this could be the perfect role for you.About The RoleAs a Cards & Payments Officer, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the smooth processing of card and payment operations across IMB’s network. You’ll be responsible for delivering efficient, accurate, and compliant support to both internal teams and our members.This is a great opportunity for someone with experience in banking operations, payments, or card administration — or a strong customer service professional ready to take the next step into financial operations.Key Responsibilities Process and manage daily card and payment operations, including:Payment processing, exceptions and investigationsDispute management and resolutionSupport with card-related admin tasksSupport internal teams and branches by providing accurate information and timely assistanceResolve member and operational issues promptly, escalating where appropriateAdhere to IMB’s policies, procedures, and compliance obligationsContribute to departmental goals, continuous improvement projects, and system enhancementsParticipate in team meetings, training, and cross-skilling initiatives.About YouUpbeat, positive and a can-do approach to work and contributing as a team in a fast-changing environmentDetail oriented problem solver with a strong customer focusExperience in a customer service or operations role, working to tight deadlinesStrong digital literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office and online systemsExcellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work methodically through high volumes of workStrong numeric accuracy and data entry skillsSome knowledge of card and payment schemes including rules and regulations applicable to processing, disputes and investigations would be advantageousThe willingness to learn, embrace new things, take initiative and support continuous improvement by identifying areas for improvement and automation.
