The ideal candidate will play a key role in developing, managing, and enhancing our card products (credit, debit, and prepaid), ensuring they remain competitive and aligned with customer needs and market trends.Responsibilities:Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of card products (credit/debit/prepaid), including strategy, development, launch, and performance monitoring.Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify new opportunities and improve existing offerings.Collaborate with internal stakeholders such as marketing, risk, operations, and IT to ensure product objectives are achieved.Support the design and execution of card campaigns, loyalty programs, and customer engagement initiatives.Track product performance, analyze KPIs, and propose enhancements to optimize portfolio profitability.Ensure all card-related activities comply with regulatory standards and internal policies.Manage relationships with external partners, vendors, and payment networks.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, IT, or a related field.3–5 years of experience in card product management within the banking or financial services industry.Strong understanding of payment systems, card lifecycle management, and market trends.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with digital banking products or fintech solutions is a plus.
