ResponsibilitiesThe roleThe Marketing Executive role at Care Dorset is responsible for delivering the digital element of the marketing strategy using SEO, PPC, CRO and other techniques to generate sales enquiries by driving traffic to company pages and generating interest in our services, within agreed budgets. The role will also include some off-line responsibilities around marketing collateral, publication advertising and events support.
This hands-on role will utilise your technical skills to drive measurable commercial benefits to the business. Using your thorough understanding of Google analytics reporting you’ll be responsible for establishing a routine of performance management reporting against agreed targets and KPIs. You are responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and establishing a monthly cycle of continual improvement across our digital platforms at Care Dorset (www. caredorset. co. uk), utilising our websites’ Wordpress content management systems (CMS).
You will help coordinate and support company spend with paid search providers (PPC), using analytics to maximise spend to target costs (CPE & CPA), reporting results of both web stats and paid search stats via a weekly dashboard. You will communicate wider recommendations and deeper analysis to the senior team via a coordinated monthly ‘digital download’ meeting to help inform decision making.
