You will be supporting people within their own homes in rebuilding their confidence and independence, as well as assisting in achieving their personal goals.

About YouPrevious experience as a Care Assistant/Support Worker or, in a similar role is preferred but not essential as training and ongoing support will be provided. A compassionate and caring nature with a genuine desire to help othersExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamFlexible to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and bank holidaysA full valid driving licence and access to a vehicle insured for business purposes.
