SummaryAt Dan y Bryn Residential Care Home, our dedicated and compassionate team is looking for Night Care Workers to help us continue providing exceptional support to our cherished residents. You don’t need previous care experience as full training and ongoing support are provided.What matters most is your attitude and empathy. You’ll bring:Excellent communication skills and a positive outlookThe ability to respond to emotional, social, and spiritual needsConfidence to work both independently and as part of a teamWillingness to learn and take part in trainingDigital, numeracy, and literacy skillsExperience working with people or customers in any settingWhat are some of the benefits?
