We’re growing our network of freelance Associate Career Coaches to deliver high-impact coaching for individuals transitioning between jobs or advancing their careers, primarily online, with regular onsite presence in our offices in Geneva, Lausanne, Bern, Zug, or Lucerne.As part of our coaching team at Right Management, you'll work with a diverse range of candidates - from individual contributors to director-level professionals - helping them clarify goals, build their brand, develop effective strategies, and take confident steps forward.You will deliver high-impact, one-on-one coaching by leveraging our proprietary digital platform and structured methodologies to drive measurable outcomes.What You’ll DoDeliver structured, results-focused career coaching across various programs (outplacement & internal mobility)Guide clients through job search strategy, personal branding, modern networking, interview preparation, and self-reflection to clarify their career direction and make informed decisions.Use our digital coaching platform and recommend relevant resources (e.g., webinars, worksheets, articles, tools)Promote accountability, confidence, and clarity through each stage of a candidate’s journeyTailor your coaching style and content based on seniority, industry, and cultural contextDocument sessions and progress in our coaching management system with care and consistencyOccasionally facilitate virtual group sessions and contribute to knowledge sharing with peersWhat You BringRecognized coaching certification (ICF, EMCC, or equivalent) – or a strong commitment to earn oneAt least 2 years’ experience in career coaching, outplacement, or career mobility supportStrong understanding of job search strategy, LinkedIn, personal branding, and networking best practicesDigital fluency – comfortable with coaching platforms, AI tools, virtual delivery, and online resourcesExcellent command of (Swiss)-German or French depending the respective locations is required. Strong proficiency in English is highly desirable - at minimum, you should be comfortable reading and understanding English content to participate in international meetings, follow internal communications, and stay up to date with relevant resources.
