You’ll listen deeply, ask the right questions, and help each student discover the frictionless next step—from program selection to enrolment. You’ll build relationships, follow through, and make the path clear.Your key responsibilities will include:Conduct personalized consultations with students and parents to understand goals, interests, and career ambitions.Match each individual to the most suitable ILT program — articulating the program’s value, career outcomes, and industry relevance.Drive student enrolments through effective counselling, follow-ups, and relationship management.Manage leads generated through digital, walk-in, school, and referral channels — ensuring timely conversion and target achievement.Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to plan outreach campaigns, information sessions, and events.Maintain accurate records of leads, conversions, and enrolment data through ILT’s CRM system.Achieve monthly and quarterly enrolment targets while upholding ILT’s reputation for ethical, student-centric guidance.Candidate Profile2–4 years of experience in career guidance, student counselling, admissions, or educational sales.A proven track record of meeting sales or enrolment targets.Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills — able to build trust and close with confidence.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.Strong organizational and follow-up skills with attention to detail.Proficiency in English; Sinhala or Tamil fluency will be an advantage.Why Join ILT?A vibrant, modern work culture that values both performance and purpose.Clear career progression within Sri Lanka’s most progressive learning ecosystem.Training and development to enhance your counselling and sales skills.Competitive remuneration with monthly performance incentives.How to ApplySend your CV and a brief cover note to info@ilt.edu.lk with the subject line: “Application – Career Consultant (ILT)”.Applications will be reviewed on a rolling basis — early applications are encouraged.
