Australia Education CounsellorCareer Education Consultancy Australia (CECA) – Mongolia (Remote)CECA is seeking an experienced Australia Education Counsellor to join our team and guide students in pursuing higher education opportunities in Australia. The role is central to supporting students through counselling, application processes, and successful admissions. Key ResponsibilitiesCounsel students on study opportunities in Australia, including course selection, institution options, scholarships, and career pathways. Manage the end-to-end admission process: application submission, documentation, follow-up with institutions, and visa guidance. Stay updated with Australian education policies, admission criteria, and visa requirements.

Provide accurate information about tuition fees, living costs, and post-study work opportunities in Australia. Build and maintain relationships with students, parents, and sub-agents to expand CECA’s network. Conduct information sessions, webinars, and one-on-one counselling to support prospective students. Maintain student records, progress reports, and applications in the CRM system. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth student journey from counselling to enrolment. QualificationsMinimum 2–3 years of experience in student counselling or admissions (Australia focus preferred). Strong knowledge of the Australian education system, universities, colleges, and visa regulations.

Excellent communication and counselling skills with the ability to inspire and guide students. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and digital communication tools. Self-motivated, empathetic, and passionate about student success.
