We aim to align your passions and skills with our vacancies, setting you on a path to exceptional career development and success.Career Framework Specialist at BairesDevWe are looking for a Career Path & Role Architecture Specialist to join our Talent organization and help us build the structures that define how our people grow.If you love designing job architectures, bringing clarity to complexity, and shaping scalable role frameworks across a global tech company, this role is for you.What You'll Do:- Design and maintain career paths, leveling frameworks, and job families for Talent roles.- Build and update role definitions, responsibilities, and seniority distinctions.- Ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability across all Talent-related structures.- Partner with T.A Leaders to align role frameworks with business needs.- Document and communicate updates in a clear, structured, and globally usable way.- Support audits and Talent processes by keeping role architectures accurate and standardized.What we are looking for:- 3+ years of experience in Organizational Development, Talent Management, HR Business Analysis, or Job Architecture.- Proven experience designing career paths, job families, or role architectures.- Strong ability to analyze and structure information into clear frameworks.- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.- Experience collaborating with cross-functional HR or Talent teams.- Advanced experience with Excel or Google Sheets and documentation tools such as Notion or Confluence.- Hands-on experience with flowchart or mapping tools such as Miro or Lucidchart.About you- You think in systems and structures.- You love clarity, logic, and solving ambiguity.- You enjoy translating complex information into simple, intuitive frameworks.- You have a strong sense of ownership and accountability.- You can collaborate with multiple stakeholders and align them around a shared framework.How we make your work (and your life) easier:- 100% remote - work from anywhere.- Excellent compensation in USD or your local currency if preferred.- Hardware setup for you to work from home.- Flexible hours - make your schedule.- Paid parental leave, vacation, & national holidays.- Innovative and multicultural work environment.- Collaborate and learn from the global Top 1% of talent in each area.- Supportive environment with mentorship, promotions, skill development, and diverse growth opportunities.Join a global team where your unique talents can truly thrive and make a significant impact!
