We’re partnering with a high-performing, founder-led boutique investment firm at the intersection of health finance, medical, and wellness tech to find a dynamic Executive / Personal Assistant. This is a rare opportunity to step into a newly created role supporting a deeply respected Founder and help drive process and organization. We are seeking a truly hands-on and passionate Executive/Personal Assistant who loves to organize, thrives in fast-paced environments, and takes pride in being the trusted right hand.
This role is ideal for someone who’s naturally assertive, ultra-professional, and committed to excellence, has a great sense of humor, and loves to be both a right-arm and culture carrier in the office. You’ll navigate between business and personal, focusing on helping with house management including a major renovation and construction projects across several properties in Los Angeles and Malibu. You’ll become an integral part of this founder's day to day, as well as a small but mighty team. What You’ll Do:
Executive Support (60–70%)Manage a fast-moving calendar and triage high-volume email communicationsPlan and coordinate complex travel and prepare polished expense reportsOversee internal events:
help organize team outings, offsites, holiday parties, and culture-building activitiesMaintain a shared calendar of company events, key dates, and team milestonesAct as communication hub—liaising across teams, external vendors, and internal stakeholdersSupport ongoing projects, vendor coordination, and light researchManage office logistics and assist with firm-wide initiativesPersonal Support (30–40%)Coordinate household vendors, contractors, and renovation timelinesBook personal travel with concierge-level precisionHandle purchases, home organization, and design-related projectsManage guest lists, logistics, and planning for personal eventsMaintain complete confidentiality and trust across all personal mattersYou’ll Thrive in This Role If You:
